I have been retired and living alone since 2020. I have a great life, but it’s not my cup of tea. With the passing of my wife after five decades of marriage, it’s been a tough transition. Life is so different without her. I took inventory in order to figure out what was missing. The conclusion was I needed a woman in my life too excite my senses. I need her to need me for many of her unnecessary accomplishments to achieve That would be so much easier with me rather than without. The woman that I’m seeking, I think should complement my lifestyle as I could hopefully complement hers. To have similar taste in activities would be great, but not necessarily a requirement. Growing up, I learned about myself that I preferred full figure girls. Plump, Heavy set, or fat whatever you call it they would’ve been my first choice and yet,I married a 5 foot tall petite little girl totally opposite of what I liked and yet I loved her till the day she passed. Now I have another opportunity to choose a mate and it’ll be interesting What I end up with. I want her to be kind, considerate, respectful, and full of. spit and vinegar. If she has a bad attitude, and I marry her, that’s my bad. It will just give me an opportunity to make her happy by being a good boy. The Way I will make her happy is I’m an easy-going guy with no history of drama in my life to make her life difficult. I’m gentle, kind and ready to do the right thing whenever it is required. I am the kind of person that builds things rather than breaks things. One of many reasons I was married all those years. I used to be a very funny young man. I love humor and have tried to instill it in my life, my family, and my kids. As I grew older, I became very serious. because of the tribulations over time. I still live with a lighthearted attitude in everything I do. I live in a suburb of Buffalo New York called Amherst. I live in a ranch home with a fully finished basement. with the evolution of life for the kids and the passing of my wife, the house has dramatically changed, and it needs to be changed with a woman’s touch. The longer I live alone the less attractive the house seems to be with just me. I would be receptive to the idea of you moving in with me or I move in with you and sell my home. So there are options to appoint. I am really comfortable with a woman in my age group, which would be probably 65 to 80. My parents were 13 years apart and they were great as a couple. I don’t know how more years difference would be sensible although I have had women tell me that age is just a number when they’re 35 years younger than me and seriously thinking we could blend together. I don’t think so. I would imagine if the lady is extremely mature for her age and an easy-going conservative she might be a candidate that could accept me for the long-term, but God only knows. So that’s it that’s me in a nutshell.

We both meet at a designated mutual location to your liking. It could be a restaurant and upscale Tavern and or a park with tables. The few times I’ve done this. The ladies were much more beautiful than their pictures on this website. I am usually very comfortable in an introduction because of my business background meeting new perspective clients all of the time. I have been told I come across very honestly and have been told I entertain the ladies quite nicely, being very gentle and respectful based on my old school Upbringing. I have always told the ladies I don’t particularly like going to their home the very first time we meet.. This world is not as safe as it was 20 years ago. I have had three first dates since my wife passed. And all went very well. Two of the ladies were definitely interested in seeing me again. One lady I thanked her for the evening, but I lied by telling her she was just too far away for me to travel all of the time to see her. What turned me off was after we left the restaurant while driving her home. She asked if I would stop at the local Village liquor store where she bought 2 gallon plastic containers of vodka and a quart of scotch whiskey. That was more alcohol than I had consumed in my lifetime. What broke the camels back was she asked me at her front door if I would like to come in and have sex. I was dumbfounded. My graciously declined and told her I had to get home because I had a big dog I had to let out. I am just not a sex on the first date kind of guy. in truth the second, third and maybe even fourth date is not my cup of tea either. I am looking for a permanent and long lasting long-term relationship. I can catch up on the lost sex life down the road. I am no prude, but I am a gentleman. One of the reasons for my extremely long married life was that my wife always knew where I was when I wasn’t working. All my friends were involved in restoring classic cars. I would have friends in the garage working on collector car till the wee hours in the morning And then getting up at six to go to work. I have outlived all of them. I have had classic cars in the indoor car shows in downtown Buffalo. I always try to have one available to drive around town whenever I wanna go to the ice cream or hamburger joints. I feel the flame going out as time goes by and the people I enjoy doing that all with are all gone. It would such a treat to have a lady ride with me to the outdoor car show events. It is a special breed of cat that enjoys that atmosphere.Half a century ago my best friend and I restored aclassic Mustang for my wife. I think she loved the car more than me. That was fine. She drove that car everywhere. It’s been in the garage in the back for many years. It was a show car. my second oldest grandson would like the car because he loved his grandmother so this summer I’ll probably clean it up and cry my eyes out watching him drive it away..
